Hewlett Packard Enterprise’s New Global HQ, home to technological innovation, received a massive overhaul to its courtyards and rooftops with 36,900 square feet of SYNLawn® Mississippi artificial grass. Proudly so, the Mississippi team jumped to action to assist with this incredible project. We utilized four exceptional turf products such as DuraGrass 50 PG, SYNSport, SYNTipede 343, and SYNTipede X43 to accomplish the job. The vast courtyards are bombarded daily with high foot traffic and HPE knew they had to make selections that would accommodate for that. Our ultra-realistic and incredibly resilient artificial grass replicates the behaviors and hues of traditional grass without the need for regular upkeep. In addition, these products are backed by our unmatched limited lifetime warranty.
These four varieties team up to create beautiful new courtyard environments and unique rooftop lawns. Super Yarn™ is a unique blend of three components that are molecularly bonded to prevent separation and assure our installations’ multiple life cycles. The first is a very effective antibacterial by Sanitized®, which removes pet stains, smells, and 99 percent of germs. Succeeding is DualChill IR™ reflecting technology, which reflects infrared light to reduce heat accumulation and color fading. Lastly, StatBlock™ is a silver-based anti-static enhancement that prevents the accumulation of static electricity.
SYNLawn® exclusive EnviroLoc™ backing acts as our turf’s built-in security system. It is made from recyclable materials such as soybean oil to complement our plant-based turf fibers made from sugar cane. EnviroLoc™ was created to boost the capacity of our product to survive multiple lifecycles by anchoring grass blades to their base to minimize shedding and keep their natural beauty. Our backing system replaces a large portion of petroleum-based polymers with bio-based polymers derived from soybean oil (up to 60 percent). We are pleased to provide items created in conjunction with soy farmers in the United States. As a result, SYNLawn® is the first company to offer USDA-certified products with more than 70% bio-based content.
HeatBlock™ technology makes a significant difference in the comfortability and enjoyability of our Mississippi artificial lawn installations. At SYNLawn® Mississippi, our products are suitable for every climate and are distinguished by their cool-to-the-touch surfaces. This is because SYNLawn® with HeatBlock™ Technology incorporates infrared reflecting pigments to help drain heat build-up and reduce fiber emissivity by up to 20% when compared to other artificial grass products. HeatBlock™ technology on SYNLawn® artificial grass gives each grass fiber a finish that is less shimmery, softer to the touch, and less abrasive than other synthetic grasses, giving it a more natural look and feel.
