Classic Pitch was used for the spaces underneath the slides, swings, and jungle gym entrances where there is heavy foot traffic. We call these areas Trample Zones™.

Trample Zones™ are added to playground installations with the purpose of being conveniently replaceable without disrupting the rest of the playground grass installation. The short pile-height of Classic Pitch allows for maximum durability in those areas with a lot of friction and impact.

Furthermore, beneath the Trample Zones™ and playground turf we installed a thick Fall Pad® cushion to add extra impact absorption to protect children from head injuries and falls.

Our EnviroLoc™ backing system binds turf fibers to the base to prevent shifting, shedding, and tearing, while ensuring an increased product lifespan of each Mississippi artificial grass installation. EnviroLoc™ replaces a substantial amount of petroleum-based materials with those that are soy-based and environmentally sustainable. Its porous body allows for optimal draining, allowing you to get back to your activities almost immediately after it is exposed to water and heavy downpour.

Finally, HeatBlock™ technology prevents heat from building up on turf surfaces. This unique feature can cool surfaces up to 20% more than competing turf brands. Children and pets can play on our artificial turf on hot, sunny days without burning their feet or paws. Additionally, we add a delustered-finish to the turf fibers to reduce the shine and enhance the realism of our lawns. SYNLawn® is softer to the touch and is far less abrasive than any other synthetic turf product.
