The Lawn at Baybrook Mall recently got the SYNLawn® treatment. This stunning alternating 14,750 square foot installation was completed using state-of-the-art SYNLawn® SYNTipede 343.

Throughout the year, Baybrook Mall is visited regularly by thousands of people. Whether it is for browsing the many shops, enjoying the live music, attending free movies, or sampling from any of the numerous restaurants, the mall draws incredible amounts of foot traffic. The Lawn offers a gorgeous, cool-to-the-touch area just outside of Houston, for relaxation and enjoyment.

SYNLawn® Mississippi had the pleasure of lending a hand for this project to ensure that the final product was immaculate. SYNTipede 343 was chosen for this property for a variety of reasons. Its unmatched performance and durability are crucial for maintaining its aesthetic during its heavy usage.

This artificial grass solution is made using our revolutionary Super Yarn™ technology, EnviroLoc™ backing system, UV stabilized yarns, and recyclable materials. In fact, SYNLawn® is the only artificial turf manufacturer to offer exclusive technologies and the first to provide a catalog of options that are USDA certified.

Additionally, because visitors range in age and accidents can happen, SYNTipede 343 was also chosen because of how incredibly safe it is.

This artificial grass is IPEMA certified and will protect customers from falls up to 10 feet, and everyday injuries and abrasions. Lastly, SYNTipede 343 is an ASTM E108 Class A fire rated to minimize damage caused by fires and protect users from extreme injury.

SYNLawn®

Super Yarn® structure contains three of the most notable and advanced turf enhancements. Sanitized® antimicrobial is added to eliminate up to 99 percent of bacteria from our surfaces, making our artificial grass clean and safe for pets and kids of all ages.

While many other synthetic grass brands use materials that accumulate static electricity when exposed to high levels of friction, our StatBlock™ anti-static technology is added to SYNLawn® turf to prevent that static accumulation to provide safer and more comfortable surfaces.

Lastly, our DualChill™ IR reflection technology prevents infrared light from being absorbed into fibers and cause fading.

The hyper-realistic color pigments of SYNLawn® Mississippi artificial grass is preserved for the long term.

Additionally, since traditional sod is susceptible to holes dug by pets and wear and tear from high activity, we designed our backing system to be incredibly resilient against both of those challenges. Our two-part woven backing fabric of EnviroLoc™ secures grass fibers to increase the product's lifespan.
